Atlantic Coastal Cooperative Statistics Program

The Atlantic Coastal Cooperative Statistics Program (ACCSP) is a cooperative state-federal program to design, implement and conduct marine fisheries statistics data collection programs and to integrate those data into a single data management system that will meet the needs of fishery managers, scientists and fishermen. An allocation of the Atlantic Coastal Act apportionment is provided to the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission for ACCSP activities. Along with providing administrative funding to the Program, remaining funds are disbursed to the member states through a competitive grant program.
