During the last several weeks, NOAA Fisheries Service port agents have been meeting with local dealers to discuss proposed measures included in the New England Fisheries Management Council’s Amendment 16 to the Multispecies Fishery Management Plan. A proposed rule detailing Amendment 16 measures was published on December 16th.  Click here to view the rule.
