NOAA Fisheries Public Happenings
NOAA Fisheries staff regularly participate in a variety of events and activities around the region. Some events are to meet with our constituents, others are to mark special occasions such as Earth Day (April 21), World Oceans Day (June 8), "Endangered Species Day" ( the third Friday in May each year) and this year to celebrate the anniversary of the Marine Mammal Protection Act and the 20th Anniversary of the Northeast Marine Mammal Stranding Network. Here is a look at some of what's going on!
All events are FREE and Open to the Public.
