NOAA 90-Day Findings on Skate Petitions

NOAA Fisheries Service today announced its 90-day finding for petitions to list thorny, winter, barndoor and smooth under the Endangered Species Act.

We find that there is insufficient scientific information to initiate a review of the status of these four species at this time.
