ATLANTIC SEA SCALLOP
Implementing regulations for these fisheries are found at 50 CFR Part 648 Subpart D
The Atlantic Sea Scallop fishery is managed by the New England Fishery Management Council. This fishery allocates days-at-sea and special access area trips based on permit categories.
