Right Whale Extracts from US Coast Pilots

The US Coast Pilot is a supplement to navigational charts that is published and distributed by NOAA's National Ocean Service, Office of Coast Survey. The Coast Pilot is used widely throughout the maritime industry, and contains information about right whale behavior, distribution, identification characteristics, and avoidance guidelines.
